Downie Photo CDC/OSHA Guidelines and Protocol 2020

At Downie Photo we are constantly adapting to accommodate everyone’s comfort levels. We are open to any and all conversations on how we can be better to make sure everyone feels respected and safe.

We have read and are following the guidelines set forth by the CDC/OSHA for our Lower Risk Business.

Required practices:
Maintaining social distance when possible

Wearing masks by all crew members

Washing hands and/or hand sanitizer often

Mask are required by all crew members at all times besides talent when shooting

We require talent to wear a mask while in hair and makeup until instructed otherwise by the HMU artist

Thermometer, sanitation stations and additional masks will be placed around set.

All individuals are required to self-monitor for signs and symptoms.

If anyone is showing signs or symptoms, we ask you to notify Downie and quarantine at home

All crew must be 6 feet apart from each other unless they are members of the same household or in hair and make-up.

The maximum gathering for a photographic shoot of 10 or fewer persons should be observed

Washing hands regularly before and after photographic sessions

Sanitation of all props, chairs, benches with which a client may come into contact

Sanitation of restroom/dressing facilities if available to clients in-studio

Sanitation of common areas, including doorknobs (interior and exterior), counter tops, pens and pencils,tablets and monitors

Removal of unnecessary paper products or décor (magazines, newspapers, extraneous sales materials)
